This project consisted of site development and new construction of a 165,000 SF structural steel Bagging Warehouse Building, and two pre-engineered metal buildings, an Administration Building and Switchgear Building.
Project Details
- The structural steel bagging warehouse was designed to withstand 140mph wind loads.
- The mechanical systems include propane heaters, restroom exhaust fans, mini-split AC units, and rooftop spark-resistant fans for the switchgear building.
- Moore self-performed the concrete foundations and plumbing scopes for this project.
