Two story, 17.8 blast-resistant multi-purpose building consists of a laboratory, control room, office and administrative spaces, kitchens, and locker rooms. There are only two buildings of this nature in North America.

- Blast Rating: 17.8 PSI Constructed with 12-18″ thick cast-in-place concrete exterior walls, cast-in-place concrete columns, and elevated structural slabs for the second floor and roof deck. Openings included blast doors, blast resistant Kalwall skylight system, and blast resistant mechanical louvers.
- Class A interior finishes included: custom light fixtures, millwork, floor to ceiling glass partition walls, cementitious wall coverings, curtain wall fire suppression systems, stainless steel staircases, multistory cypress feature walls, and decorative concrete flooring.
