This project required the removal and abatement of the existing roofing system, including all associated components, down to the concrete roof deck. The scope of work included the installation of a new membrane roofing system and a tapered roofing insulation system designed to enhance durability and improve water drainage efficiency.
Project DETAILS
- The project scope included replacing roof drains, installing new curbs and flashing, removing and reinstalling mechanical and electrical equipment, and installing new access stairs and perimeter guardrail systems.
- The building remained fully occupied and operational throughout the project.
- Moore erected scaffolding to access all roof elevations, minimizing disturbance to occupants and performing a significant portion of the work during night hours when building occupancy was reduced.
