Moore Industries was contracted to construct a 24,000 SF blast-resistant multi-purpose building. The building will function as the main Administrative Building and Quality Assurance Laboratory for ExxonMobil’s Polyolefins production facility.
Project Details
- This blast-resistant PEMB building includes 12,000 SF of office build-out and a 8,000 SF laboratory.
- The scope of work included deep foundations, site work, concrete foundations, metal building sheeting and erection, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, BAS controls, interior finishes, lab casework and piping, blast-resistant curtain wall and openings, and asphalt paving.
- Moore self-performed the site work, concrete foundations, electrical duct banks, and rough carpentry scopes of work for this project.
