ExxonMobil Baton Rouge
BRCP CPMO & LAB Hardening
The design intent of this unique project was to provide structural steel exoskeleton reinforcement to an existing, occupied, 50-year-old, 4 story office building and 2 story laboratory in order to increase the building’s blast/ impact resistance.
Quality Assurance Laboratory HVAC Modifications
This project was a complete replacement of the HVAC systems within the facility’s Quality Assurance Laboratory building. This unique project required the demolition and installation of all components of these systems within an 36,000 sqft active laboratory which is in operation 24 hours per day.
LE2 Road Upgrades
This project consisted of seven and a half miles of asphalt paving, asphalt milling, drainage improvements, reinforced concrete pipe installation, demolition of existing steel cattle-guard structures, installation of pre-cast concrete components, roadway striping, signage, and seeding.
CF Industries AM5 Civil & Structural Upgrades
This project included lifting an 85,000 lbs Substation building with a 500-ton crane (over existing buildings) and placing on top of 9 ft concrete piers that were installed by Moore’s Team.

CPL HVAC Mechanical Equipment Installation
This project was for the ExxonMobil Chemical Plant Laboratory in Baton Rouge which is a critical operation for the ExxonMobil complex. It took 13 months to complete in a fully occupied and operating laboratory with no interruptions to business operations. Moore was able to complete the project 5 months ahead of schedule.
